CIRCULAR OF THE STATE COUNCILCONCERNING THE ANNULMENT OF A PART
OF REGULATIONS GOVERNINGFOREIGN-RELATED MATTERS
In order to speed upthe implementation
development in thecoastal
export-oriented
departments concerned under theState
planning and requirements of theState Council
regulations governingforeign-related matters, have undertaken the sorting
out of the existingadministrative regulations as well as other regulatory
documents (hereinafterreferred
promulgated by the State Councilor promulgated with the approval of the
State Council. At present, thefirst batch of seventeen regulations, which
have been sorted out and shouldbe annulled, have been
by piece, by the Leading Groupunder the State Council for the Sorting Out
of Regulations jointly with theBureau of Legislative Affairs of the State
Council and by the StateCouncil;
annulment of the aforesaidregulations (See Annex I for the titles of the
aforesaidregulations).
